PRIOR EVENTS
In 2009 during excavations on the Martian surface one of the Earth's probes brought to light a strange hand made object whose origins arose from a civilization that had possibly lived on the red planet millions of years previously.
This object revealed itself to be a sort of radio beacon which, accidentally activated by the exploration probe, began transmitting to the remotest corners of the universe hence communicating the position of our solar system.
Consequently, several months later our planet became the destination of thousands of travellers from all over the cosmos, some even decided to remain.
And so a new era dawned for our world. Within a few years Earth had to cope with a completely unexpected and totally unusual form of migration and found itself dealing with a society that to call 'multiethnic' would be a euphemism.
Fortunately, a sort of Intergalactic UN watched over the Earth allowing us to maintain sovereignty of our planet and help us regulate the constant flow of immigrants and commercial exchanges.
It's in this contest, a society where man and alien coexist (aliens of the most different appearances, characteristics and powers) that the series leading characters come to life.

BACKGROUND AND STORYLINE
Based in New York, year 2025, a very near future. The police force has obviously had to reorganise to cope with the new situation. A massive incentive filled enrolment campaign has persuaded many young cadets to enter the Police Academy. Youth considered the ideal necessity to face a reality that has become too 'new' for the veterans but just part of everyday routine to the young. The story's events evolve around the lives and adventures of a group of adolescent cadets enlisted in the third year of the New Urban Police Academy next door to the Tribeca Police First District.
Our characters find themselves at grips with their studies, personal problems and their first operative duties, solo or flanked by regular patrol.
